Beethoven believed he heard the voice of God and his music was dictation.  Through the gift of his deafness he listened without distraction to his Creator’s voice and what melody and magnificence he created.  And yet in his lifetime he was called ‘heretic’ and still he listened to the music, translated what he heard or felt and we hear it lifetimes later.  Is the music of Beethoven one expression of the souls’ melody?  Heretic and visionary.  Sometimes it takes that combination to push open the limitations of time’s continuum, human understanding from atop Earth’s bowl is subject to a curve.  Let me see if a thread can be woven here ….

Soul’s Melody Changing

There is a lot of stimulating Soul Melody going on with Akemi Gaines over at Yes-to-me.  Akemi has been an important soul tour guide, to me and others.  During the first weeks of 2009 the number of new rhythms being generated by New to Earth Souls is increasing according to Akemi and I’m a believer.  I’m one of those Old Storytellers in a woman’s body who is living with a brand new soul.  This blog SoulsMelody is a place the music of my new soul can be played.

Over the past week the discussion and comments on Akemi’s site have been the sort that Beethoven might have heard from a disgruntled patron — The Church did not like the way his music had changed.  Akemi was being challenged by her teacher, and yet my friend and Akashic Record Reader and tour guide (the Tour Guide’s my tag) stood her ground, maintained her position and today expounds on Soul with grand discourse.

In love with Earth

Today, while on my beach walk along Alkai Beach, I said, “I am in love with this Earth.”  That is something.  I noticed how I felt when I said it and knew Melody was seeing the Earth through my eyes and was liking what she saw.  This is great news, a sweet change in songs and stories I tell myself …different from the struggles played over and over within me.  Freed from the double occupancy experience of life with two souls for nearly sixty years, I am liking the whole new playground of possibilities. I have ROOM to PLAY.

My health and perspective on living with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities is changing.  I would not be saying “I am in love with this Earth” if I had not been diagnosed with MCS; if I had not lived in my car for six months a nomad in my old home tome; if I had not learned my life lessons and found peace in spite of it.  I have a theory that’s not done baking … so I’ll hold off for awhile.  The theory has something to do with my brand new soul, Melody, being the perfect solution for an old woman of sixty-two who is sickened by choices DONE TO Earth.  Fresh view and Ether-energized Soul Energy can only be transformative.  Wait for it.
